This Privacy Policy describes how The Spokesdude Network (Pty) Ltd ("The Spokesdude Network", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information processed through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA").

When you use our contact form we collect the information you submit: name, organisation, work email, phone number, service of interest, your message and your consent to be contacted. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or third-party profiling on this site.
2. How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, set up a discussion and, where you become a client, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
3. Lawful basis
We process the information on the basis of your consent (provided by ticking the consent box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.
4. Retention
Enquiry messages are retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, or as required by law.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to a company mailbox by authenticated SMTP. Access to that mailbox is restricted to authorised personnel.
