Transparent logic

The calculation was designed to reflect importance, not merely count votes.

Each response was converted into a consistent numerical score. Where some decision factors carried greater significance than others, a predefined weight increased or reduced their contribution. The application combined the weighted responses into an overall result and used the same rules for every participant.

The weighting model does not make the decision on behalf of the group. It creates a consistent evidence layer that helps the group see patterns, test assumptions and identify what requires discussion.
