The challenge
Monthly reporting was assembled by hand from multiple sources. The process took about three weeks each cycle, and by the time the numbers were available, the window to act on them had narrowed. Different departments often arrived at different figures for the same indicator, and quarterly reporting meant rebuilding the work from scratch.
Three weeks of work before a monthly view was ready.
Programme, partner and learner information needed consistent definitions.
Slicer-driven reporting was not available when decisions needed it.
Teams needed current figures while there was still time to respond.
What we did
The Spokesdude Network worked with the client to clean and reconcile their data, define a shared set of programme indicators, and build a connected reporting environment. Slicer-driven views replaced manually rebuilt quarterly packs, and a refresh routine meant the latest figures were available as soon as source data updated.
Reconcile inconsistent, duplicated and incomplete information before it reaches the report.
Bring sources, partners and programme structures together under shared definitions.
Turn operational detail into useful indicators, trends and programme views.
Give teams current figures they can use to prioritise the next conversation.
The reporting view
Illustrative visual reconstruction. It represents the reporting experience without exposing confidential client information.

The results
The reporting environment made the latest figures available after refresh, replaced repeated manual reconstruction and gave teams a shared language for programme performance.
Reporting visibility across more than 19,000 learners.
Manual monthly reporting previously took about three weeks.
Dashboard figures became immediately available after refresh.
Quarterly reporting could be generated using slicers.
