The challenge

Monthly reporting was assembled by hand from multiple sources. The process took about three weeks each cycle, and by the time the numbers were available, the window to act on them had narrowed. Different departments often arrived at different figures for the same indicator, and quarterly reporting meant rebuilding the work from scratch.

What we did

The Spokesdude Network worked with the client to clean and reconcile their data, define a shared set of programme indicators, and build a connected Power BI reporting environment. Slicer-driven views replaced manually rebuilt quarterly packs, and a refresh routine meant the latest figures were available as soon as source data updated.
