As promised on our previous episode, today we are talkimg about Human Rights as listed in the South African Bill of Rights. We start off with Coconut Kelz, an unconventional comedian who nobody gets. She was being interviewd on TV and she said things which confuses a lot of people
We then examine 35 rights in the Bill of Rights as listed in Chapter Two of the Southa African Constitution.
Solve Eskom First, Then We Can Talk About HUMAN RIGHTS
You are sitting quietly in your house, minding your own business and without any warning the lights goes out. I mean literally, the lights go out, because Eskom has cut the power. What is most bizarre, is the reason they give you as to why they switch off the lights. Under normal circumstances in South Africa, electricity is cut off when one isn’t paying for it. In the present day corrupt South Africa, electricity is cut off for everyone who is a loyal paying customer.
This practice is officially known as load-shedding. This is how I view load-shedding. It is a spit on the face upon all law-abiding citizens who pay for electricity.
Eskom’s problem is that is has too much political influence in it’s leadership structures. Everyone who is appointed into a top position at Eskom is not there to run the affairs of Eskom as a business but is appointed there to serve the interest of certain individuals. If the executive at Eskom has an objective to help Eskom succeed, they would have come up with a viable plan to turn Eskom around.
Everyone knows that the financial struggles that Eskom is facing is not due to the lack of coal (which is not a fact by the way) or problem with a dam in Mozambique. The financial problems of Eskom are a result of failure to collect payments from individual customers, municipalities and companies. Now you will hear men like David Mabuza who would come to Parliament and say the problems with Eskom are an indicator of a growing economy. What a load of stinky mud! Eskom’s problems are not due to a growing economy, they are due to thousands upon thousands of people who use electricity illegally and nothing is being done about those people. As far as I can remember, using electricity without paying for it when you are supposed to pay for it, is a criminal offense and the law should take its course. People should be arrested and forced to pay off their accounts.
What Eskom is doing, is abusing it’s loyal customers by increasing the tariffs, telling customers to use less electricity and applying load-shedding. Such a practice is bad for business and it will lead more people into stealing electricity.
My Sentiment on the Bill of Rights in South Africa
I was reading the Bill of Rights in preparation for this Episode. I will therefore share what I think about the it.
According to the Bill of Rights document, Chapter Two
(1) This Bill of Rights is a cornerstone of democracy in South Africa. It enshrines the rights of all people in our country and affirms the democratic values of human dignity, equality and freedom. (2) The state must respect, protect, promote and fulfill the rights in the Bill of Rights. (3) The rights in the Bill of Rights are subject to the limitations contained or referred to in section 36, or elsewhere in the Bill
I want to examine if the Rights declared in the Bill of Rights are respected by Government officials and if not, are there any steps taken? Let us take a look at few of these rights.
(1) Everyone is equal before the law and has the right to equal protection and benefit of the law. (2) Equality includes the full and equal enjoyment of all rights and freedoms. To promote the achievement of equality, legislative and other measures designed Chapter 2: Bill of Rights 6 to protect or advance persons, or categories of persons, disadvantaged by unfair discrimination may be taken. (3) The state may not unfairly discriminate directly or indirectly against anyone on one or more grounds, including race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language and birth. (4) No person may unfairly discriminate directly or indirectly against anyone on one or more grounds in terms of subsection (3). National legislation must be enacted to prevent or prohibit unfair discrimination. (5) Discrimination on one or more of the grounds listed in subsection(3) is unfair unless it is established that the discrimination is fair.
Subsection (1), is already violated many times by the judicial system and other organs of state. When I think of it, I come to remember a movie and a novel called Animal Farm, where the pigs were mobilized and became the government. Laws were put in place including the one that says, “All animals are equal.” Later the pigs decided to amend the law by saying, ” All Animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” Such is the case in South Africa. We are not equal before the law. If we were equal before the law let us see government officials who have offended against the law to be prosecuted and denied bail like most South Africans who belongs to the offending community.
There are government officials who should be fired and then be sent into prison as we speak. Some have received bribes and some have paid bribes but no one is being arrested. Minister Nomvula Mokonyane, should have been suspended so that she can clear her name or be tried in court and go to jail for receiving frozen chickens and other items as it transpired in the Zondo commission concerning Bosasa.
For most South Africans, when one is suspected and of a crime and minimal evidence is found, that person is arrest upon suspicion and be remanded in police custody. You will here the case being postponed because more investigation is being conducted, meanwhile, the person is denied bail or bail is set at rates not affordable for him. For government officials, such is not the case. When an official is a suspect in a crime they continue serving on the government office.
So to say “everyone is equal before the law” means nothing when we get punished for petty crimes, while government officials who should know better, walk free and continue to feast on tax payer’s money.
The right to life.
11. Everyone has the right to life.
Section 11 of the Bill of Rights is good. It agrees with the Bible. The Bible forbids murder and has harsh ways to deal with murders as a deterrent towards future crimes against this basic right.
Sadly this right does not apply to unborn babies. The South African state does not recognize an unborn baby as a person and therefore gives power to a woman to decided if they would terminate the pregnancy or not. On the other hand the Bible recognizes a person even before conception. When conception takes place God would have already planned out the life of the baby before they are even born.
Since many unborn babies are being brutally killed. This right to life means nothing.
We answer the question why you should believe in Jesus Christ. I will give you four reasons from the book of John 1:1-12
John 1:1 – 12
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The
same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without
him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the
light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended
it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a
witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the
true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the
world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto
his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them
gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his
ACCESS TO GOD (1:1-3)
These verses show us first of all that, there is an
entity called the Word, who is eternal in nature, since it is made obvious that
the Word was already existing in the beginning. This is what we learn of the
The Word is eternal (In
the beginning was the Word)
The Word coexisted with God eternally
Word was with God… The same was in the beginning with God)
The Word is divine (The
Word was God)
The Word is a person (All
things were created by Him)
The Word is the only Creator (All
things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.)
We learn from the Book of Revelation that Jesus Christ
as He descended from heaven to make an end of His enemies, His name was THE WORD OF GOD (See Revelation 19:13)
ACCESS TO ETERNAL LIFE (1:4a)
This truth is found in many places of scripture. Jesus
has life in Himself. He told His hearers, “For as the
Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in
(John 5:26). He boldly declared, “I am the Way, Truth and the Life”
(John 14:6) Jesus do not just claimed to have life He affirmed that he was life
Himself. We also hear Him before raising Lazarus from the dead proclaiming, “I am the resurrection and the life.”
Apart from Jesus Christ there is absolutely no life whatsoever.
John explains to us in 1 John 5:7-13, “For
there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy
Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth,
the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. If we
receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the
witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that believeth on the Son
of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a
liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is
the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his
Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath
not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the
Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe
on the name of the Son of God.” God testifies that He has given us
eternal life and that the same life is hidden in Jesus Christ His Son. Sadly
those who chose not to believe in Jesus Christ, according to this passage, have
judged that God is a liar. By rejecting Jesus Christ they publicly reject the
testimony of God as false and thus plunge themselves into condemnation and everlasting
ACCESS TO THE LIGHT (1:4b-9)
There are many lights in the world. We all understand
that light and darkness have no friendship. We learn that, Jesus Christ the
Word, was the true Light that was come into the world. Yes the light shined in
darkness and the darkness could not receive the light. This is true with Jesus
Christ. He came to the Jews who were under Spiritual darkness yet they could
not see nor receive the Light of God that was before them. Instead they
rejected and crucified Him.
Even today, many people have heard of the truth of the
gospel, yet instead of departing from their ways of darkness, they have
fashioned for themselves lampstands that have no ability to produce light. The
Lord Jesus explained the cause of this behavior in John 3:19-21, “And
this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved
darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that
doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should
be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be
made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” Man do not want their
works of darkness to be exposed and so they flee from the true Light which is
We are told that Jesus is the “true Light.” The call
that we have is to come to that light. Jesus declared in John 8:12, “I
am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but
shall have the light of life.”
Jesus is not just the light. He grants us
understanding of who God is. The author of Hebrews says, “Who
being the brightness of his
glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the
word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the
right hand of the Majesty on high.”(Hebrews
YOU GAIN ACCESS
TO THE FAMILY OF GOD (1:10-12)
As many rejected the Light of World Jesus Christ, they
are those who received Him. The Bible tells us, “But as many as received him, to
them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his
name:” When we receive Christ we are not joining a religion or a
religious cult. We are adopted into the family of God. With the previous point
that Jesus is the Light, we can conclude that those who have received the
Light, have also departed from and have denounce their fellowship in the world
This clearly demonstrate that one must turn away from
what they valued before and lay hold on Jesus Christ, for through Him we become
the children of God. Christ brings us to God, where we are given all the
benefit fit for the sons of God. Hear what Paul got to say, “But
when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman,
made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might
receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the
Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no
more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.”
Those who received Jesus Christ and also believed on
His name, are born of God. They are born again and are regenerated by the
Spirit of God according to the will of God. Paul says to the Christian in
Ephesus, “For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now
therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the
saints, and of the household of God.” (Eph 2:18-19)
These are four of many reasons of why you should
believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
You gain access to God
You gain access to eternal life
You gain access to the light
You gain access to the family of God Therefore I say to you, Repent and believe in Jesus Christ.
Last week I promised that I will share some knowledge on how to register a company in South Africa. There are many people who want to start business but don’t know how or where to start building one. Some end up giving up on that dream because there is no proper support for startups and many succumb to the pressures exerted upon them by their family members. We know that in the mind of many black parents reigns a notion that when their child finishes school they must get a job and work until they are sixty. Sometimes, this idea works out fine but for a special few, the idea is a nightmare. There are people who are unable to sit under a boss and work as an employee. They will always cause trouble or get into trouble in one way or another because they are forced to something they are not able to put up with for longer. There are people who get into trouble with their employers because they are criminals at heart and there are those who get into trouble because they feel limited by the policies and the terms of their employment.
A person who has a passion for cooking and who has raw talent in the culinary arts will feel frustrated if employed at McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken and other unhealthy fast-food outlets. At McDonald’s there is a set menu which cannot be changed by the cooks. All what the cooks get to do, is to take a frozen beef patty and put it on the grill, close the lid and wait for about three minutes, season the patty and put it on the bun and send it out. It is the same thing day in and day out. Surely in that environment, there is no innovation, no taking risk, nor growth of any kind for a chef. If a chef had opened his own restaurant and took charge of the menu and of the kitchen. He will be able to create new dishes and explore new boundaries of fine dining. He can grow his brand and build his reputation. In his restaurant he can set daily specials and get his customers to taste and comment on his new creations. The possibilities are endless when one runs their own business. The question is where to start? For some people the question is, what business should I start?
The questions I will answer today are:
how to start a business without money
how to register a company in South Africa
HOW TO START A BUSINESS WITHOUT MONEY?
A lot of young people in many parts of Africa who want to start businesses are unable to do so because they have no money. What hinders them the most is the belief that you need money to start a business. That idea is not entirely true. Dr Chris Kirubi, the fourth richest person in Kenya (2018), says, “You don’t need to have money to succeed but you need to mobilize money” He said that he had no money when he started and that, he comes from very humble beginnings and such is the case with many young South Africans today. Many South Africans who want to start businesses have no money.
Vusi Thembekwayo a young multi millionaire in South Africa said, “you need to be patient enough to start small while thinking big.” He also said, “You need to do what you need to do, in order to do what you want to do”
So, if you have no money find other ways that require no money in order to raise it. When you find a piece job, spend half of the money you earn and save half for the business you want to do.
These are some things you can do to raise funds
Sell Free things
Sell stuff that people are throwing away. Some people will need to get read of old mats, pots, chairs etc. Many people don’t want to go through the hassle of reselling their old stuff and so they just put them out for rubbish collectors. Do your rounds in the neighborhood and during rubbish collection days and look for stuff that can be repaired, refurbished and go sell them, making 100% profit.
You can market your self as an event planner. All you do when hired, is to find out what the client wants and also find out their budget and then go and negotiate a better price with the service providers of venues, decorations, Music, videography, food catering, etc. When you found your best quote, factor in your profit and give the quote to your clients, explaining why it is a best quote. This works out best when the total cost is less than their budget.
You can do the following services
Pull out weeds
Rake the leaves
Walk the dogs
Paint houses (they buy paint and brushes and all you do is bring your person to paint and get paid)

It is absolutely annoying to have a man who have a
fully functioning body, with all the limbs and organs being intact, coming over
to you, and ask you to give him money. I am not referring to a homeless man. I
am talking about a man who has a home and family members. What makes it worse
is that the same man will come to you as if he is borrowing the money and he
will have it back to you on some day, as if you don’t know that he is lying
about you having it back. How would you I possibly know that he is lying, you
may ask. The man is not working, so he
couldn’t have a guaranteed check at the end of the week or at the end of the
month. What is more infuriating is that, the story that will be told in this
fake loan request, describing the purpose of the loan, would be 100% nonsense.
So a good 35seconds would be wasted listening to a false story, in a fake
attempt to solicit a loan, which would never be paid back.
Forget that the whole exercise is fake. Pay more attention to the real purpose for the exercise. This miserable man wants to use your hard earned cash in order to fulfill his filthy desires. He will take your money and spend it in some dodgy drug dealer’s corner for a single fix of weed. This is the case in many South African townships today. There are miserable men who lounge around the whole day, waiting for those who actually go out to do some hustling, and they wait with a single purpose in mind and that is to try and manipulate the hustlers into giving them money so that they would be high on weed. How pathetic is that? This is the story of the lazy man
The lazy man is a product of the political man. Unlike
the false story of the lazy man, the political man tells a very convincing
story, which is backed up by statistical facts, which at sometimes cannot be
verified but doesn’t care because not many people will check them out anyway.
So he goes on to describe the negative feelings which the general public have
concerning the current state of affairs. He states how he relates with the
feeling of the public and how he is concerned with their wellbeing. He goes on
to remind us of how great the struggle we are facing is, and how wonderful the
future would be, if we hand him our votes.
Despite the fact that everyone knows that this
pitiable bastard is lying through his teeth, he still gets enough votes to gain
access to the coffers. You see, the political man knows how to lie. He gives a
lot of empty promises, just like the lazy man. The difference between these two
men is that, the lazy man gives transparent empty promises, whereas the
political man gives decorated empty promises. The lazy man aims for a few coins
and notes in your wallet but the political man aims for the Reserve Bank. For perspective’s
sake, let me put it this way. The lazy man strains himself for a few drops of
water from a tap, the political man seeks to own and control the dam. Such is
the case in South Africa.
While political men and women spray the droplets of social
grants upon the poor and the old, they have mega pipes pulling galloons of
stolen money from the public coffers into their well-established personal reserves.
I feel pity for those who put their trust in politicians. Politicians repeat the same lie every five years and the people believe it over and over again. What is astonishing about politicians is, they are not lazy. They simply put more time and energy into visiting people, giving houses to two or three old ladies, giving a few groceries to a selected few, picking up and kissing a few dirty bacteria infested kids. These acts my dear friends communicate directly into the heart of the people. When they have managed to touch the heart of the people they have won the votes of those people.
THE MEN OF
Of all the people in the world, nothing resembles a spit on the face more accurately than the man who claims to be a prophet of the Lord in 2019. These clowns are worse than both, the lazy man and the political man. The men of gold are experts in the field of manipulation and deception. Unlike the political man whose authority is derived from the votes of the people, the man of gold, derives his from ‘heaven, ’ so he says. The man of gold comes to the people carrying a bible on which he doesn’t believe and proclaims a message for which he bears no conviction. He draws crowds with fantastic words and then pulls out a trick he borrowed from Houdini the magician. The only difference from Houdini’s approach is that the man of gold would give all the credit to Jesus, who has nothing to do with Houdini, except judgment and hellfire.
The ultimate goal that the man of gold has in mind is not to glorify God, but it is to use God’s name in order to enrich himself. He does this by tricking the simple-minded into thinking that he is somebody important. He performs these magic acts which the magician performers would do on TV. We all know that TV magicians are not really magicians, they use tricks and sleight of hand to fool the eye. These man of gold have stooped that low to loot their stupid followers.
One who has made the biggest leap in the art of deception and self-promotion, is one Alph Lukau. The man has claimed to have emptied a hospital ward when he allegedly healed every sick person there. The strange thing is that the footage of that incident shows no doctors and no nurses present in that ward. There was no monitoring equipment and no curtains between the beds. I find that strange in a South African Hospital.
What tops it all in the bag of his schemes, is the
recent claim of raising a man from the dead. That incident has gotten South Africans
talking. One of the strange things about that man is that he had a phone in his
jacket. What raises more suspicion from skeptics like myself is that the man
was brought to him already alive. We have therefore no evidence to confirm that
the man was already dead.
The woman who informed the pastor that there was a dead man, ‘there is a family outside who is about to take a corpse to Zimbabwe’ my question is, why take the corpse to church on a Sunday Service, when you intend to get it to Zimbabwe? She clearly said that the body began to move the fingers as soon as the hearse got inside the gate of the church. Why was the corpse brought to the church when it was not even the man’s funeral service? That is just abnormal for any African family. I wonder how much Lukau paid these people to lie like this. The funeral parlor which was implicated in this scheme distanced itself by miles and began to file a law suit against the church for having its name involved in this scam. According to the parlor, there was no body brought to them, neither was a coffin bought from them. Only their hearse was hired. What these people don’t know is that the police will get involved and will investigate the case of faking own death, which is a criminal offense in this country.
What the Lazy man, the political man and the man of gold have in common is their desire for money and their devices to avoid honest ways of earning it. All three of them use tactics in order to have people voluntarily give them access to their money. The lazy man aims for your wallet, the political man aims for that national reserves and the man of gold aim for the world’s reserves. While the lazy man keeps the scam in his local area, the political man keeps the scam within the borders of his country and if it happens to spread out, his scam is confined within the political context. The man of gold works internationally and in every corner of financial potential. His scam runs in politics, in religious affairs, in business, in health and wherever he can set foot or stick his rotten fingers. The end goal is money. They all look for money.
Beware, if any healthy and well capable man doesn’t want to work let him starve.
We are approaching the 25th year mark of the South African Democratic government. I just want to share my opinion concerning the state of the nation since the fall of the apartheid regime. This episode will indeed upset many people, however, that should not be a valid reason not to address the issues that keep our country back. I do get people telling me not to address political issues because many won’t like what I have to say. I don’t think that I should keep quite on the account that I would be unpopular. I have made peace with the fact that I am not money, not matter what I do, I will never be loved and accepted by everyone. There are a few things I would like to point out while trying to answer the question at hand.

The main problem I see is:
Firstly, our MP’s are clowns and our Parliament is a circus. The things one gets to hear and see in parliarment are a shame. Some MP’s are not worthy to be called “honorable.”
Secondly, Racism in Parliament. There is much racial fights and accusations perpetrated by the EFF and some of the members of the ANC. We cannot then eradicate racism in the country if people in top ranks are slaves to race based hatred.
Thirdly, moral degeneration. We take a an overview on the issue of the moral decline of our nation and the rising rebellion of our children which is supported by immoral laws passed by immoral people in Parliament.
“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
In this week’s episode we are examining Shepherd Bushiri’s ministry. This might upset a lot of people, however, truth must be told. Some people may interpret this episode as an act of hatred against Mr Bushiri. I assure you that, such is not the case. We are called in the Bible to “prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil.” (1Th 5:21-22) It is therefore a good practice to test everything to determine what is good and what is evil. God have allowed us to have the Bible at our disposal so that we can use it as a standard of measurement to test various things touching the matters of our faith. We shall first look at what the bible says about false prophets and false teachers. We shall see how the Bible instructs us both in the Old and New Testaments with regards to treating the false prophets and teachers.
THERE SHALL ARISE FALSE PROPHETS
Many people have an unbiblical view of false prophets and as result they get deceived by them. Many Christians think that false prophets are people who will stand up audaciously and deny Christ in plain terms, on a public platform. They assume that false prophets will come and burn bible and kill Christians in the streets. The Lord Jesus gives us a different view of how false prophets will look like. Listen to what he says, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders” and also, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” (Mat 7:15)
Jesus shows us that these men will come into the church as Christians. They will speak our language, they will pray like us, they will sing like us, they will shout the name of Jesus and they will perform miracles and do wonders. Yes, false prophets will amaze people.
IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, THEY SHALL DECEIVE THE VERY ELECT
The primary aim of the false preachers is to deceive the church. They pretend to be Christians and many of them do lying wonders, to gain the trust of the true Christians, particularly those who are weak and not well versed in the Holy Scriptures. They will surely deceive those who do not know and those who do not understand the Bible. Jesus says the false prophets come in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravening wolves. This expression shows us clearly that false prophets came to benefit themselves and to destroy the church. These are antichrists, they deny the Father and the Son and go a step further to blaspheme the Holy Spirt of God.
Pat attention to the words of the Lord about the false prophets in the last days. He says, “For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” (Mat 24:5)
Let us break that down so we can understand what is going on.For many shall come in my name
The phrase, “come in my name” means that they come as though Christ sent them. Whatever they would do they would pretend that Jesus Christ authorized them to do it. They have the audacity of pronouncing curses upon their critics in the name of Jesus. While Jesus teaches us to bless those who persecute us. They won’t fail to tell the church how God speaks to them and how they responded to God, in one on one, face to face type of situation. And we know that from biblical view it is a huge load of rubbish!
Saying, “I am Christ”
Make no mistake to think that these man will claim to be Jesus. Many won’t admit to be Jesus Christ in public view, however, they would pretend to be Him by competing and comparing themselves with Him. They will use terms which are not easy for the unskilled in listening to discern. The word “Christ” means the “anointed.” Instead of saying “Behold I am Christ” you hear them saying, “I am the anointed man of God.” Sometimes you hear them saying, “I have the anointing.” False prophets always consider themselves as anointed by God and whenever they are called out for heresy and blasphemy, you will hear them say, “Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm.” This, of course, being a misapplication of biblical text.
THEIR PUNISHMENT WILL COME SWIFTLY (Matthew 7:21-23)
The Lord did not only warn us of the false prophets but He also showed us their end. Listen to what he says
They call Him Lord
“Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”(Mat 7:21)
False prophet call Jesus Lord. They claim to believe and they confess that He is Lord BUT they live rebelliously against His Lordship. While with their mouths are confessing that Jesus is Lord, their public and often private actions are evidence enough that they don’t believe what they confess about Jesus. They teach and believe that by simply calling Jesus Lord will grant you salvation, yet Jesus defies that notion by saying, “Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.” What more can anyone say against that. Confession of Jesus Lordship does not get anyone to heaven. Jesus it is only those who do the will of the Father. I am not preaching work based salvation but I am saying that those who do God’s will are showing us that they are indeed saved. Claiming that you are a Christian or the child of God, does not make you one.
They did wonders in His name
“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?” (Mat 7:22)
Jesus continues to show us that these false prophets shall come to Him and try to persuade Him to let them in. They will give their list of wonderful things they did in the name of Jesus.
They cast out demons
They did many wonderful things
They shall bring this wonderful resume before the Lord. I mean, the works they count to have done are wonderful things and they did these in the name of Jesus Christ
He will deny them
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Mat 7:23)
The Lord Jesus is now telling us of the most devastating words that would come out of His mouth towards the false teachers and false prophets. He shall say to them, “I never knew you.” It is apparent that these people were never saved to begin with. Jesus says, I never knew you. He denies have any communion with them. They was no friendship with Jesus. There was not relationship of any kind. As far as the kingdom of God is concerned, these men are strangers, robbers and thieves. The Lord shall order them to depart from him.
